Where The Watermelon Peperomia is Happiest:

• The Watermelon Peperomia is happiest in medium to bright indirect light, away from direct sunlight.
• Too much light will cause the leaf colour and variegation to fade and too little light will cause a darkening in the green colour.
• The Watermelon Peperomia is a compact plant that is fairly slow growing but boasts big beautiful oval leaves. So it won't easily outgrow the space that you choose for it, but it will certainly make a statement.
  
• This houseplant will appreciate a misting every now and then to increase the humidity in the air around it.

Watering The Watermelon Peperomia:

• Water well about once a week, pouring until the water drains right down into the pot, saturating all the soil and runs out of the drainage holes at the bottom. Discard any water that sits in its saucer or pot cover.
• Allow the soil to almost dry out before watering again. Use a stick or moisture meter to help you to determine the moisture of the soil and to develop an effective watering routine for your Watermelon Peperomia.

Feeding The Watermelon Peperomia:

• Fertilise your Watermelon Peperomia once a month during Spring, Summer and Autumn (the growing season) with a liquid plant food or fertiliser. 
• Ensure that the soil is wet before applying fertiliser.

Care Tips:

• The Watermelon Peperomia is pet and child friendly, so there is no need to worry about any greenery grabbing or nibbling with this one.
  
• The Watermelon Peperomia likes to be quite full in its pot, and will only need to be repotted in the Spring season when it is completely root bound and the roots are growing out the holes at the bottom of its pot or out the soil at the top.
